Musician KRISTY LEE PETERS (KLP) and comedian MATT OKINE have joined creative forces as DIVER CITY, a colourful and lively, original children’s music collaboration project.
Their debut album, Welcome to Diver City, was released in 2020 through ABC Music, received widespread play across ABC Kids, and earned them an ARIA award nomination for Best Children’s Album, and an AIR Award nomination for Best Independent Children’s Album.
Their second album, Dance Silly, is a pop-driven musical kaleidoscope of feel good anthems, wacky adventures, and tunes to keep you and your little one’s daily routine in check. Dancy Silly garnered Diver City their 2nd ARIA Nomination in a row for Best Children’s Album.
Featuring collaborations with some of Australia’s most popular artists, such as Bertie Blackman, Sam Cromack (Ball Park Music), Andy Bull, Adam Hyde (Peking Duk), Katie Noonan, Art Vs Science and more, and released alongside three accompanying music clips and sketches, Dance Silly, invites everyone back to their favourite town of Diver City; a place where EVERYONE is welcome!
